Safe & Seamless
Keeping your guests well fed and watered is part of the usual great studio experience. As you may expect due to the COVID19 pandemic, we’ve had to make some small changes to the way this is currently delivered. To help people to maintain a safe distance from one another there will be a one-way system in operation in all of our refreshment areas, where you will find a choice of:
- Unlimited bean to cup coffee
- Speciality teas
- Filtered still and sparkling water
- Mugs, glasses or disposable cups
Individual snack attack bags for the day, placed at each guest’s desk in the mornings to reduce time spent in the breakout spaces and to graze as hunger strikes, we just advise, don’t eat it all at once, you’ll spoil your lunch!
All items are prepacked and individually sealed.

Good to know…
- Covid-19 safety measures are in place and these are effectively communicated throughout all of our venues to guests.

- One-way systems and social distancing are in operation to create smooth and easy movement around the venues
Our day delegate menu is chefs’ choice to provide a balanced 2 course lunch so you have one less thing to think about when organising your event. However if you would like to choose your menu in advance of the day of your event, there will be a £2 supplement per delegate. We are always happy to discuss and meet any individual dietary requirements you or your guests may have.
A chef’s choice day delegate fork buffet menu will include:

Fork buffets are ideal for lunch or supper when you would like something a little more substantial than a finger buffet. The dishes are hot and served in a buffet style, encouraging socialising and networking. You choose 3 main dishes plus a dessert; a meat, a fish and a vegetarian, which all are accompanied by complementing side dishes. £22.50 per person plus vat

Bowl food is a fun food adventure and ideal to eat with just a fork whilst chatting, socialising and networking. The dishes are served in a “rice bowl” and make complete delicious “mini meals”
The bowls are served direct from the kitchen as a selection on trays with a fork or spoon in them ready to go and your guests help themselves to one of each dish…

Street food is a great way to have a bit of fun with your guests and have stalls of food set up around the venue to wander round and “enjoy a little bit of everything”. We recommend this style works when you hire our larger spaces and are 80 guests or more.
We recommend you choose 3 “stall styles” and is manned by a chef to create a little bit of theatre in serving these dishes …
The price per person is £25 plus vat for 3 stalls, if you would like more … this can be discussed with your event manager

Sit down lunch and dinner menus are a more formal style of eating, where your guests will be sat at round tables of up to 8 guests. These are set menus that you choose a starter, a main and a dessert and these are served to the seated guests. This style of menu is £26.50 per person plus vat and dietary requirements are accommodated for individually.
