Track and Trace
Government guidance has asked public venues to assist the NHS Track and Trace efforts by keeping a temporary record of all customers and visitors for 21 days. This information is being collected to assist national efforts to track infected individuals or those who may have come into contact with such individuals.
Best practice asks venues to only collect the minimum amount of personal data needed which is why we are asking for your name and your telephone number or email address.
Any data collected by our track and trace forms will only be shared with those bodies that are responsible for contact tracing. Any data retrieved will not be used for any other purpose and any data older than 21 days will be securely deleted each week.
